Community Guidelines

Salvaje Universe is a community built around music, creativity, and connection. These Community Guidelines outline the standards of behavior we expect from everyone who uses our Service. By using the Service, you agree to follow these guidelines. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.

We may update these guidelines as our community grows and evolves. When we do, we'll notify you through the app.

We do not tolerate harassment, bullying, or hate speech. Treat all members of the community with dignity, regardless of their race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other characteristic.

Do not:

• Use slurs, stereotypes, or degrading language about any group.
• Harass, intimidate, or bully other users, including through repeated unwanted contact.
• Share someone's private information (doxxing) without their consent.
• Make threats of violence or harm toward any person or group.
• Mock or make fun of someone's appearance, abilities, or identity.

We remove content that attacks, dehumanizes, or promotes discrimination against people based on protected characteristics. This includes content that denies or minimizes the humanity of any group, as well as content that promotes white supremacy, neo-Nazism, or any extremist ideology.

Do not post nudity, sexually explicit content, or pornographic material. This includes profile photos, clips, live streams, comments, and direct messages. Content that sexualizes minors will be removed immediately and reported to law enforcement.

Artistic expression that includes partial nudity in a non-sexual context (e.g., album artwork) may be permitted at our discretion, but should be flagged appropriately.

Do not post content that depicts, encourages, or glorifies:

• Physical violence, fighting, or assault.
• Weapons, including brandishing or threatening use of firearms.
• Dangerous challenges, stunts, or dares that could cause serious injury.
• Animal abuse or cruelty.
• Self-harm or suicide. If you or someone you know is struggling, please contact a crisis helpline immediately.

Do not use the Service to facilitate, promote, or depict illegal activities, including but not limited to:

• Sale, purchase, or distribution of illegal drugs or controlled substances.
• Sale or distribution of illegal weapons.
• Human trafficking or exploitation.
• Fraud, scams, or money laundering.
• Terrorism or violent extremism.
• Underage drinking or facilitating access to alcohol by minors.

Violations will be reported to law enforcement.

Do not:

• Post repetitive, irrelevant, or unsolicited content (spam).
• Use bots, automation, or fake accounts to inflate views, likes, comments, or follows.
• Engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior to manipulate the platform.
• Sell or purchase likes, followers, views, or engagement.
• Send mass unsolicited direct messages.
• Post chain messages or pyramid schemes.

Do not create accounts that impersonate another person, brand, or entity. Parody and fan accounts are permitted only if they clearly indicate they are not affiliated with the person or brand being referenced. We may verify accounts of public figures and brands at our discretion.

Do not:

• Share private photos, videos, or information of others without their consent.
• Record or photograph someone without their knowledge in private settings.
• Share someone's address, phone number, email, or other contact information without consent.
• Stalk, follow, or track another user through the Service or in person.
• Share intimate or explicit images of someone without their consent (revenge porn). This is illegal and will be reported to law enforcement.

We take self-harm and suicide content very seriously. Do not post content that encourages, depicts, or provides instructions for self-harm or eating disorders. If we become aware that someone is at risk of self-harm, we may take steps to connect them with support resources or alert authorities.

Do not post content that is manipulated, deceptive, or designed to mislead others:

• Do not post deepfakes or AI-generated content that could be mistaken for real footage of a real person without clear labeling.
• Do not post misinformation designed to cause public harm, including false information about elections, public health emergencies, or natural disasters.
• Do not post content that falsely claims to be from Salvaje Universe or its staff.

Respect the intellectual property rights of others. Do not post content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyright has been infringed, see our Copyright & DMCA Policy for information on filing a takedown notice.

Repeated infringement will result in account termination, as required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Live streams are subject to all the guidelines above. Additionally:

• Do not stream while driving or operating heavy machinery.
• Do not stream content that you do not have the rights to, including playing copyrighted music you do not own.
• Do not stream private conversations without the consent of all participants.
• Be mindful of your surroundings — do not stream in locations where filming is prohibited.
• Do not use live streams to solicit money outside of the Service's official donation features.

If you see content or behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it through the in-app reporting tools. Our moderation team reviews reports and takes appropriate action. You can also block users who are bothering you.

False reports or reports made to harass another user are themselves a violation of these guidelines and may result in action against your account.

When we become aware of a violation, we may take one or more of the following actions:

• Remove the violating content.
• Send a warning to the user.
• Temporarily restrict certain features (e.g., commenting, posting, live streaming).
• Temporarily suspend the account.
• Permanently ban the account.
• Report the violation to law enforcement when appropriate.

The severity of the action depends on the nature of the violation, the user's history of violations, and the potential for harm. Serious violations (e.g., content sexualizing minors, terrorism, threats of violence) may result in immediate permanent ban without warning.

If you believe your content was removed or your account was penalized in error, you may appeal through the in-app appeal process. We will review your appeal and may reinstate your content or account if we determine the action was taken in error.

These guidelines are not exhaustive. We reserve the right to remove any content or take action against any account that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the community, even if it is not explicitly described in these guidelines. We also reserve the right to modify these guidelines at any time.
