Delete Your Account

Option 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the app:

1. Open the Salvaje Universe app
2. Go to Settings → Account
3. Tap "Delete Account"
4. Follow the confirmation steps

Your account will be deleted immediately and a confirmation email will be sent to you.

Option 2: Email Request

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email:

What Gets Deleted

• Account credentials and login access
• Profile information (name, email, avatar)
• Messages, notifications, and friendships
• Listen history and saved playlists
• Active subscriptions (cancelled, no further charges)
• Tickets, orders, and reward history

What Gets Anonymized

Your posts, clips, stories, and comments are anonymized (shown as "Deleted User") rather than fully removed, to preserve conversation context and community integrity. If you need complete removal of specific content, please specify this in your deletion request.

Subscriptions

If you have an active subscription through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, cancelling your account here will stop future renewals. However, you may also need to cancel directly in your device's subscription settings to ensure no further charges.

Legal Retention

Certain records may be retained where law or operations require it, including transaction records for tax purposes, safety reports, and payout/ledger history. Deletion removes Traveler login and profile access. It does not silently erase every legally retained financial record.
